I have a great offer: cook dumplings stuffed with plum. This is one of the most favourite Hungarian traditional dessert. After a delicious goulash soup, this is the best second course. You don&#8217;t need too much ingredients: some baked and mashed potato, mushed with flour, egg, oil and a pinch of salt. Then roll the dough out, cut cca 8&#215;8 cm squares, put a plum in the sqares with a cube of cinnamon sugar in it, and form dumplings. Cook them in a boiling water, then put them in rosted breadcrumbs.
